Many of these designs incorporate the years 1903, 2009, or 2018. These dates are significant to Winter Garden and it's residents. Winter Garden was officially incorporated as a city in 1903. In 2009, golf carts were introduced into the town and were permitted to drive on city streets, so many of these designs celebrate that. In 2018, the city adopted Resolution 18-05, establishing a formal Downtown Golf Cart District to accommodate the increasing volume of golf cart traffic. Some of my designs specifically give tribute to that milestone. Enjoy!
